P2265 Riverbank Works Warm Brook Chapel-en-le-Frith High Peak

High Peak Borough Council wish to appoint a suitable contractor to complete riverbank works at Warm Brook sites in Chapel-en-le-Frith High Peak.

There are four sites of interest along the Warm Brook. The left bank of the Warm Brook is up to 2m high and consists of made ground making it susceptible to erosion and slippage. Three sites require immediate attention as they pose a risk to public safety. A fourth site does not require immediate attention, however, it does require work in the foreseeable future and replacement will be carried out in the same construction period as the adjacent 3 sites.

The works are required to start in June/July for a period of 5 wks completion. For further details please refer to the specification documents.
