This Brief sets out the requirements for the commissioning of Project Management incorporating Contract Administration for the: Reawakening Brighton's Royal Estate Phase 2: A Garden Fit for a King project. The Client, Brighton & Hove City Council (BHCC), wishes to appoint a suitably experienced Project Manager and Contract Administrator for the Delivery stage (LI/RIBA Stages 4-7) of the above project.
