STA - SFM JPR M&E maintenance

Description

This is for the 12 month maintenance of the newly installed Mechanical and Electrical systems installed by JPR at the Shrewsbury Flaxmill. The systems were installed by JPR and are currently under guarantee for 12 months. The systems are sophisticated and many different systems interact meaning it is not straightforward to fault find when issues arise. It is proposed that we work with JPR and for them to maintain these systems whilst they are under the guarantee period and then tender the works at the end of this 12 month period when the systems have stabilised.
