## Description

PHSO have developed and published a range of public facing documents\. Collectively, these documents outline guidance and recommendations regarding what constitutes a good complaint handling experience for complainants, and also the standards to which PHSO should hold itself to\. Each of these have been in existence for a number of years\. We therefore want to undertake a review of these documents to assess their ongoing relevance and ensure their continuing efficacy\.
