## Description

Cornwall Council & Cornwall Housing Limited \(CHL\) are looking to commission consultants with extensive experience in Older Persons Accommodation, to undertake a review of the sheltered housing provision owned and managed by the Council / CHL\. This will be to work with the Council and CHL to review the quality and nature of the accommodation and service offer; with the aim of providing recommendations about the provision as a whole, as well as individual sheltered housing schemes \(The contract deadline relates to the Completion of Stage 1 of the project - as set out in the attached brief document\)
