## Description

A new IT Service Management Tool to replace the existing system\. The new service management tool will have upgraded features, compatibility, integration and functionality\.\\r \\r The scope of the contract is for a supplier cloud-hosted \(SaaS\) ITSM Solution with an asset management module to optimize IT service delivery\. This contract may later be developed into an enterprise management solution to encompass other departments within the Council\.
