PSF3 Lot 2a - Penrith Transport Improvements Design Commission

Award of further competition through Professioanl Services Framework re consultant to undertake all necessary desk based, on site investigations and outline design work to ensure that the transport improvements identified in the Penrith Transport Improvements Study are both proportionate and deliverable within the Section 106 budgets currently secured. The consultant will also be responsible for arranging intrusive ground investigations. This should include the identification of key risks to the scheme delivery and cost estimates for construction.
