## Description

The purpose of this arrangement is to provide Technical Assistance \(TA\) to: \(i\) the Federal Ministry of Health \(FMoH\), its agencies and Regional Health Bureaus \(RHB\) for improving functionality, efficiency and quality of the primary health care units by prioritising proven and cost-effective interventions and reducing disparities in adolescent, maternal and child health outcomes; \(ii\) the FMoH for increasing financing, particularly domestic financing for health, and financial protection against unplanned health expenditure; \(iii\) DFID for assessing its health investment in Ethiopia\.
