## Description

North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking to update its Highway Strategy\. A substantial traffic data collection exercise is required in order to achieve this ambition, which will be achieved as a result of this tender\. The data required for collection is a mix of Automatic Traffic Count \(ATC\) and turn count data\. In addition, queue length and pedestrian & cycle crossing data will be required at some of the turn count sites\. Highway Strategy\.
