Provision of Employee Counselling Services / Employee Assistance Programme

The Council is seeking to procure an Employee Assistance Programme that includes an Employee Counselling Service. The Council employs between 2500 - 3000 people, with approximately 4000 more who work within schools. In the past several smaller organisations (such as parish councils and individual schools) have accessed counselling under this contract via the Council, and we would expect this type of arrangement to continue.The Council is looking to award an initial 3 year contract with the option to extend for a further 1 year.
