## Description

This agreement will cover a Service Contract for the maintenance \(both planned and reactive\) of our Building Connectivity Outstation \(BCO\) and Building Network Outstation \(BNO\)\. A BCO and BMO are installed at various L&Q properties across London and the South East and these provide real-time information to a monitored Dashboard \(L&Q Connect\)\. The Building Connectivity Project \(BCP\) infrastructure improves L&Q's approach to managing our communal building services such as: HVAC Plant, Safety Systems, Fire Alarms and Hot & Cold-Water Pumps\. The infrastructure provides L&Q with live information on faults, allowing callouts to be arranged with repairs contractors\. Additional information: This SQ & Tender will be issued via L & Q's In-Tend portal and you will need to register on the system to take part\. This is a Restricted Process with SQ submissions short-listed to 6 suppliers who will be taken through to ITT stage\. One contract will be awarded for the entire contract\.
