A Total of 6 Elastic Stack Professional Service days are required These must be provided by directly from Elastic Elastic Stack Professional Services are required for the evaluation, for the review and development of the DVLA implementation of Elastic Stack components across AWS and Azure. The work is anticipated to take place remotely given the current COVID circumstances, The method in which the consultancy is anticipated to take place is through; o Screen sharing - both from the consultant and DVLA staff o Any changes to the DVLA Elastic infrastructure configuration will be undertaken by DVLA staff o Instruction for changes will be discussed via video-conferencing (in conjunction with screen sharing) o Any required Whiteboard sessions to be provided by the consultancy over video-conference Taking this into consideration appropriate discounts to be applied to the onsite rate
