Work description
The Royal Borough of Kingston-Upon-Thames as part of its plan to deliver additional homes, improve services to its public and private tenants and establish a coherent approach to asset management, has commissioned Ark Consultancy to provide strategic leadership and project delivery. Ark Consultancy, under the remit of Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames, will carry out specific activity in regards commercial property and asset management, homes, effective HRA Business and Financial Planning and secure HRA savings to the borough.
