Exploring current approaches to Future Strategic Workforce Planning (FSWP)
The objective of the tasking is to support Defence to enhance its long-term (10+ years) future strategic workforce planning capability by: • Generating case studies from organisations implementing innovative and agile approaches to future strategic workforce planning and • Developing step by step approaches based on participating organisations to allow for application of innovative thinking to a Defence context
