Medway Council are looking to commission an organisation to provide and manage a Family Hubs and Start for Life digital platform. This platform will in essence, act as the digital front door for the local Family Hubs and Start for Life offer in Medway. Due to the tight timeframe we are looking for an organisation that already has a pre developed digital platform that can be tailored to fit the family hubs and start for life local offer. This is a two-year piece of work that will need to be quickly established with the ability to tailor to local need/services, this should include the ability to quickly see what services are available locally, connect with those services and pre book onto activities where applicable.
