## Description

Erewash Borough Council are seeking to procure Consultancy Services to undertake the investigation of 5 sites within the Borough, via phased risk assessment, to determine whether any of these sites can be determined as Contaminated Land under Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act \(EPA\) 1990\.
