CSF Lot 1 A Demolition of The Lonsdale Building and Lower Gaol Yard Buildings at The Courts, Carlisle.

The County Council went out to tender to procure the following: Asbestos removal by a licenced subcontractor; demolition of the Lonsdale Building and the Lower Gaol Yard Buildings including careful removal of the lower ground floor slab of the Lonsdale Building; removal and disposal of all materials arising from demolition; minor surfacing work within the footprint of the buildings to reinstate the car park. This was awarded via the Capital Schemes Framework
