## Description

Metropolitan is seeking to award a contract for the provision of Leadership Development Training Services\. The requirement for this contract is the creation and delivery of a bespoke programme for Metropolitan to develop Executive Team leadership capability for individuals within the senior management teams\. The contract period will be 12 months with an option to extend to a maximum of 24 months\. The management staff requiring the leadership development training services are located at Metropolitan's offices in North London, Nottinghamshire and East Anglia\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
