GB-Birmingham: Fire Alarm Installation

Housing and care 21 are completing two tender exercises for installation services of (1) emergency lighting and (2) fire alarms. This tender is for Fire alarms (lot 2), the tender will be split into regional frameworks (north, central and south), suppliers will be considered if they are not able to cover an entire region. The contract term is three years with the possibility of a 12 month extension. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Spend for lot 2 (fire alarm installation) is approximate £390k. The above spend is historical and is not guaranteed.
