Award Notice - HS2/1003 Asset Management Delivery Strategy and Whole Life Asset Templates

A contract has been awarded to WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff to assist HS2 Ltd in the formation and development of:

1) An Asset Management Delivery Strategy which defines the long-term approach to the management of assets for all phases of the HS2 Project, derived from, and which is consistent with HS2 Ltd.'s Strategic Plan and Asset Management Policy; and

2) Whole Life Asset Cost Templates in order for HS2 Ltd to fully understand the costs associated with a number of asset groups during their full life cycle.

To procure the contract a direct award has been conducted under the HS2 Phase 2 Professional Services framework for Railway Systems in which WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff are the sole supplier.
