## Description

A contract has been awarded to WSP \| Parsons Brinckerhoff to assist HS2 Ltd in the formation and development of: 1\) An Asset Management Delivery Strategy which defines the long-term approach to the management of assets for all phases of the HS2 Project, derived from, and which is consistent with HS2 Ltd\.'s Strategic Plan and Asset Management Policy; and 2\) Whole Life Asset Cost Templates in order for HS2 Ltd to fully understand the costs associated with a number of asset groups during their full life cycle\. To procure the contract a direct award has been conducted under the HS2 Phase 2 Professional Services framework for Railway Systems in which WSP \| Parsons Brinckerhoff are the sole supplier\.
