## Description

To provide assistance with thei review of planning applications on behalf of LB Hillingdon being a Lead Local Flood Authority \(LLFA\) as a statutory consultee for surface water drainage matters\. The LLFA must review and provide a recommended response to the Local Planning Authority about the proposed mitigation methods for local flood risk elements of a development, namely surface water, groundwater and, where relevant, ordinary watercourses\. Direct Award for a three month period via a Call off Agreement \( Ealing Framework for the Provision of Highways & Transport Services\)\.
