## Description

We are seeking an established cleaning company to provide a high quality building cleaning service\. This work must be carried out while causing no disruption to the Lewisham Homes operation\. This means that the selected Contractor will ensure the cleaning is completed outside of Lewisham Homes core working hours 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday\. The Work will commence in February 2018 for an initial period of 21 months with the option to extend by up to a further 1 year
