## Description

NS&I wishes to establish a contract with a provider of digital consultancy support services\. A digital and fintech consultancy agency is required to help NS&I monitor the external competitor landscape, particularly focussing on fintechs, Open Banking developments and digital innovations\. NS&I are expecting to contract with a supplier that has specialist knowledge within the digital and fintech sector with a comprehensive market coverage\. The supplier should be able to provide monitoring over an extensive list of competitors' within the UK and around the world\. The contract will last for an initial period of 1 year with the option to extend the contract on an annual basis for up to a further 2 years\. Indicative budget for a one year contract is £80,000\.00 p\.a\. The estimated maximum value of a contract over 3 years would be £240,000\.00\. Additional information: For the first stage of this restricted procedure, supppliers must complete a Selection Questionnaire\. The deadline for clarification questions is Midday, 28th August 2019\. Following evaluation of submitted questionnaires, it is envisaged that five suppliers will be invited to respond to a formal Invitation to Tender stage\.
