## Description

Provision of external legal services via a retainer arrangement to support two grant agreement workstreams: \(1\) negotiation and agreement of remaining RDEL grant agreements under the Target Housing Revenue Acceleration Funding Programme; and \(2\) preparation of a standard form grant agreement, negotiation of individual grant agreements with constituent authorities, and subsidy control advice under the WMCA High Streets & Growth Incubator Programme\.
