## Description

UKROEd Ltd wishes to commission a research organisation to undertake an evaluation of 7 National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme courses\. The evaluation should identify if course\(s\) result in a change in the target behaviour; if any change is maintained beyond the period of the course; which psychological constructs, behaviour change techniques, and other factors \(for example trainer characteristics\) appear to impact on outcomes; what barriers to changing behaviour do clients experience; and how course\(s\) can be improved\. It is intended that the contract will be awarded initially for a three-year period\. The first year will involve developing the methods and data collection materials to be used and commencing data collection\. The second year will be a full evaluation of each course, and the third year a targeted evaluation focusing on any findings from Year 2 that require further exploration\.
