1\.16 The Trust has a requirement to provide services at the customer organisation's location in: River House, Bethlem Royal Hospital, Beckenham, BR3 3BX\. The current Cold Water Storage Tanks are aging, and pose a maintenance liability, as well as a water hygiene risk\. Replacement works are required to modernise the tanks\.
