## Description

The Council are seeking an experienced partner to undertake a Design, Build, Operate and Maintain \(DBOM\) contract for the replacement and redevelopment of Camberley Arena Leisure Centre to deliver on the Council's health and wellbeing objectives\. The Council will host a Bidder's Information Session on the morning of Monday the 11th December 2017\. If you'd like to attend please email: business\.services@surreyheath\.gov\.uk by no later than 12 noon Thursday 7th December 2017\. Emails must include number of attendees \(maximum number of attendees allowed per organisation: 4\) and the Organisation's details\.
