## Description

Wigan Council require a training provider to deliver the The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training programme as the standardised training that was developed for this purpose and is the government's preferred and recommended training for health and social care staff\. At this stage, the Council is only gathering information therefore an expression of interest does not guarantee an invitation to tender\. Interested parties are requested to complete and upload the EOI Response Form, on to the Chest Procurement Portal \.
