PFI MVP Option/PFI Unit

Approval of a Business Case for External Assistance (Professional Services - Business and Commercial Services) via a call-off contract against Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Framework, reference RM6160 lot 2, to put in place an outcomes-based contract to support the reporting requirements of the development of the MOD's PFI Reporting Unit. 1.1 The Approving Authority is invited to approve: a) Approval of a Business Case to launch. b) Procurement to secure External Assistance, Professional Services - Corporate Function - Project Management, to deliver PFI Unit Reporting until 31st March 2024. c) The Approved Budgetary Level (ABL) (outturn, exclusive of VAT) of not exceeding £130,000 total resource consumption RDEL, £156,000 inclusive of VAT. d) A target Contract Placement Date of 01/07/2023 running for nine months until end March 2024.
