## Description

Approval of a Business Case for External Assistance \(Professional Services - Business and Commercial Services\) via a call-off contract against Crown Commercial Service \(CCS\) Framework, reference RM6160 lot 2, to put in place an outcomes-based contract to support the reporting requirements of the development of the MOD's PFI Reporting Unit\. 1\.1 The Approving Authority is invited to approve: a\) Approval of a Business Case to launch\. b\) Procurement to secure External Assistance, Professional Services - Corporate Function - Project Management, to deliver PFI Unit Reporting until 31st March 2024\. c\) The Approved Budgetary Level \(ABL\) \(outturn, exclusive of VAT\) of not exceeding £130,000 total resource consumption RDEL, £156,000 inclusive of VAT\. d\) A target Contract Placement Date of 01/07/2023 running for nine months until end March 2024\.
