GB-Southampton: Annual Perception Study (OS Sentiment Survey)

4.1OS would like to conduct research to continue to track and explore brand advocacy and perceptions of OS amongst important customers (Commercial Organisations, Licensed Partners, and Government). The findings from the research should help drive change within the organisation flagging up; potential future considerations, current areas for attention and strengths to maintain. The term of the contract will be for one year, with a possible 3 year extension.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
