Work description
NHS Health Checks is one of the five mandated public health functions in the Health and Social Care Act 2012.
All participants will be contacted remotely by a Wellbeing Advisor to discuss their results and options to change their lifestyle in ways that may reduce their risk of Cardiovascular Disease
