## Description

Winchester City Council \("the council"\) is seeking to appoint a professional consultancy to help increase the profile of Winchester and generate awareness of both existing and forthcoming development opportunities within the developer/investor community\. Plans for the Central Winchester Regeneration scheme are progressing and there is a requirement to increase the visibility of the project and create a positive perception of Winchester to those with whom the council wish to garner interest\.
