Capital Scheme Retexturing Works (Blackpool Council Project Amber Framework)

To enable Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council to fulfil their statutory duty the Contractor is to undertake Captive Shot Blasting Retexturing and Crack Sealing works to support the Council's Capital Programme.

The Contractor is to undertake site assessments taking into consideration the category and condition of the Highway to assess for suitability before any works are planned or carried out.

The works will encompass the following: - Captive Shot Blasting Retexturing; - Fill and Overband Crack Sealing to SHW Clause 711; - Replacement of Road Markings; - Liaison with Stakeholders and the Public; - Traffic Management
