## Description

ENGIE Services LTD \(ENGIE\), in Partnership with North East Lincolnshire Council \(the Council\), requires a Traffic Signal Consultant to carry out SCOOT and MOVA validation Services within North East Lincolnshire \(NEL\)\. This work has been proposed with a review to improving traffic flow throughout NEL, and was commissioned following detailed traffic studies and consultation with stakeholders\.
