## Description

The UoN is not a contracting authority for the purposes of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 \(as amended\) and its procurement activities are not subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015\. Following a recent incident of water ingress the work involves the reinstatement of the existing CAT3 Laboratory C05G located on C Floor of the School of Veterinary and Medical Sciences\. The work involves the renewal of affected items and the recommissioning/reinstatement of the area to meet CAT3 requirements\.
