## Description

South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue is consolidating it's Facilities Management provision into two integrated packages \(hard and soft FM\)\.The contract\(s\) will be packaged into two lots comprising of "hard" services - such as mechanical and electrical engineering maintenance services, access control, BMS, and CCTV; - and "soft" services such as cleaning, waste management, pest control, and grounds maintenance\.
