## Description

Partners In Care & Health \(PCH\) are commissioning a second national analysis of Safeguarding Adults Reviews April 2019-March 2023\. The findings can inform sector-led improvement in safeguarding adults in England\. The analysis will build on the solid foundation of the previously commissioned report Safeguarding Adult Reviews: April 2017-March 2019 Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
