## Description

The University sought a supplier from the Higher Education Software License Reseller Agreement \(Lot 4 - Other Software\) to fulfill the following software requirements\. Our current support contract for VEEAM products \(and associated support\) will expire mid-December, 2018; we seek to re-align and co-term the products and support outlined within this request to quote on a three year term, expiring December, 2021\.
