Provision of Legal Advisors for EU Transition Period Exit Freight Capacity Project: This variation is being issued to extend the contract between the Authority and the Supplier. The Terms and Conditions of the Contract as previously agreed and amended between the Authority and the Supplier will still apply but with the following amendments: - A further six months is to be added to the contract term, making the new expiry date 22nd January 2022.
