Area 6 Market Place Ripon Special

The works to be carried out on Market Place section are the removal of the existing tegula blockwork and underlying foundation. Area of soft material to be excavated and replaced with Class 6F material before a new sub-base and CBM base is to be installed with new tegula blockwork installed over the same extents. Full width carriageway Surface Course works to include some Binder patches are to be undertaken adjacent to the tegula blockworks. Both areas will require adjustments to ironworks and refreshing of road markings.
