GB-London: Guide to bringing the leisure contract in-house due to the unexpected failure of a leisure provider

The LGA wishes to commission a provider to write a short reference guide to support councils who find themselves in the position of having to bring their leisure contract back in-house due to the unexpected failure of their leisure provider.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
