## Description

Tenders are invited for supply of services in respect of Markeaton Brook Desilting Works\. This project is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund \(ERDF\) Works include: • Removal of self-set trees from water course \(as required\)\. • Removal of surface vegetation to walls and deposited silt\. • Carting of vegetable matter to an approved tip\. • Installation, and subsequent removal of a silt curtain to prevent the onward flow of disturbed silt\. • Excavate deposited silt from watercourse to form a clear flowing open channel as indicated on drawings\. • Ensure that remaining silt is suitably shaped to support normal brook flows\. • Removal of silt to a suitable tip\. • Clean and remove any loose detritus from site leaving\. Interested suppliers are required to attend a site visit held on - Monday 9th July - 10\.00am And Wednesday 11th - 10\.00am Attendance confirmation must be made via the e-tendering system a minimum of 24 hours before the date of visit\. Please note, suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation, must do so by 14:00 on Thursday 2 August 2018\. It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a comprehensive response\. The deadline for returns is 14:00 on \(Friday 3 August 2018\)\.
