Review & Revision of Competency Values Framework and Policing Professional Profiles

The College of Policing have appointed BLOOM Procurement Services to support the review and revision of the the Police Service's Competency and Values Framework (CVF) and the Policing Professional Profiles. The Competency and Values Framework was developed in 2015/16 as a direct response to the College's Leadership Review, published in 2015. The Framework now needs a review of the strategic documents and programmes to synthesise the research and propose key changes to the CVF - this may include changes to the existing competencies or addition/removal of behaviours. Due to the length of time since they were developed, it is now considered that there is a significant need for the rank profiles within the Policing Professional Profiles to be subject to a thorough review and for some ranks inevitably revision.
