Estimated Value of Requirement: should read Category H 100k to 500k for the full term of the three year contract.(Greatwell Homes is looking for a supplier who can provide a comprehensive solution for Professional PR and Marketing Service to support the delivery of our future Corporate Plan. The PR and marketing agency contract will include: - Supporting in strategic projects throughout the business including culture change; - Research and strategic advice for creative campaign ideas; - Innovative ideas on the concepts for our publications (Annual Reports and Corporate Plan) and produce them to requested timescales; - Design work and other collateral to support campaigns; - Attending quarterly performance review meetings (either face-to-face or virtually); - Attend other meetings when necessary, for example; Board meetings, Executive Management Team meeting etc; - Lead workshops for customers, staff and/or stakeholders; - Create work schedules and time plans for each campaign and publications; - Propose new and inventive ways of providing more efficient and effective communications to our customers, staff and stakeholders.
