Estimated Value of Requirement: should read Category H 100k to 500k for the full term of the three year contract\.\(Greatwell Homes is looking for a supplier who can provide a comprehensive solution for Professional PR and Marketing Service to support the delivery of our future Corporate Plan\. The PR and marketing agency contract will include: - Supporting in strategic projects throughout the business including culture change; - Research and strategic advice for creative campaign ideas; - Innovative ideas on the concepts for our publications \(Annual Reports and Corporate Plan\) and produce them to requested timescales; - Design work and other collateral to support campaigns; - Attending quarterly performance review meetings \(either face-to-face or virtually\); - Attend other meetings when necessary, for example; Board meetings, Executive Management Team meeting etc; - Lead workshops for customers, staff and/or stakeholders; - Create work schedules and time plans for each campaign and publications; - Propose new and inventive ways of providing more efficient and effective communications to our customers, staff and stakeholders\.
