## Description

Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust are looking for a qualified contractor to carry out the refurbishment of Thorpe House\. Thorpe House was originally nurse accommodation becoming designated office space from year 1999 / 2000\. The building is an 9 storey \(Grd \+ 8\) tower with two stairways and a recently refurbished 6 person lift\. As part of a future refurbishment scheme there will be further improvements to the existing infrastructure and remaining floors\.
