Capital Programme Management Support

Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership (OxLEP) is looking to procure capital programme management expertise to support the delivery of its Government Funded Programmes of Capital Projects across Oxfordshire, as required. This currently includes Getting Building Fund, Local Growth Fund, City Deal and Growing Places Fund programmes. The support must cover the full range of capital programme management activities, including pipeline, due diligence, state aid, delivery, evaluation, etc for multiple programmes of projects that are overlapping from June 2021 to March 2022 (10 months) with the option for a 6-month extension according to programme management needs. It is envisaged the successful provider will provide 12-16 days per month support on a flexible basis.
