## Description

Tamworth Borough Council has a embarked on a project to undertake regeneration works in the Tinkers Green area of Tamworth\. To enable this regeneration the Council needs to demolish a number of properties on the estate and this contract relates to the demolition of thirty-six \(36\) flats in three \(3\) blocks on Hastings Close\. A more detailed description of the requirement is included in the invitation to tender documents\. Additional information: Interested parties will be able to access ITT documents and submit their bids via the Council's e-procurement portal at https://in-tendhost\.co\.uk/tamworthbc\.
